During this appointment, you will meet with a certified exercise physiologist to talk about what you need most, what goals you have and what your challenges are.
We follow a team-based approach, using a variety of staff members to ensure you have the best outcomes possible. Based on the information you provide during your orientation visit, your individualized exercise program will be designed. Your metabolic wellness program will include:
You will have an opportunity to schedule a one-on-one consultation with a member of our preventive cardiology team if you would like additional information and resources. This team includes a preventive cardiologist, a clinical health psychologist and a clinical dietician/nutritionist.
We offer two program options, one lasting six weeks and one lasting 12 weeks. Our programs are not a covered benefit of insurance. Contact us to learn about program costs, or to enroll in a program.
